Dr Victoria Bennett

Dr Victoria Bennett is a consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist working in Sydney’s Northern Beaches and Upper North Shore specialising in pregnancy and women's health care. She holds public appointments at both Hornsby-Ku-Ring-Gai Hospital and Northern Beaches Hospital. She is also Credentialed to operate at Pittwater Day Surgery, Mona Vale.

She obtained her medical degree through the University of St Andrews and the University of Manchester, UK and undertook Obstetric and Gynaecology specialty training in Sydney and Melbourne. 

Victoria provides evidence based patient centred care with a calm, down-to-earth approach. She has a passion for educating women to improve maternal and child health with special interests in perinatal mental health, high risk pregnancy as well as menopause, menstrual disorders and colposcopy.

She is involved in education for medical students at Macquarie University and the University of Sydney and educates psychologists for the Gidget Foundation. She is a member of the NSW RANZCOG state committee which provides education and support for obstetricians and gynaecologists throughout their career. She is also a RANZCOG training supervisor who oversees the training of the next generation of obstetricians and gynaecologists. 

Victoria lives on the Northern beaches with her husband and two young sons, and you will often see her chasing after them on Freshwater beach, watching them play cricket or kicking a soccer ball with them at the park.
